As our Church's newly adopted Covenant guides us forward in community and love, the Board wants to ensure the Church is taking action to make people feel safe and welcome. Examples of this intentional work include: focusing on accessibility when planning events, making sure we respond with compassion and honesty when addressing disruptive behavior, and creating a culture of open communication about safety.
